Cookies do make everything better.

Five friends and I hosted 3 happy hours for junior parents for my son's high school to help with fundraising. Each happy hour had a theme: "Sweater Weather" in January, "Mardi Gras" in February and "Welcome to the Jungle" (Raptor themed as our school mascot is the Raptor) in March.

One of my co-hosts volunteered her junior son to bake for our parties. He made the party favors: take home cookies to match the themes! Not only were they spot on to match the themes.... they were yummy, too!

Well, of course I had to make a card to thank him. I even had a little raptor stamp! I hope he liked it!
